How about a meetup on Sunday 29th July at 6 PM.

ia m in and around leh from 8th till 18th..

A friend and I are in and around Leh/Ladakh for around 10 days. Would any interesting people, especially bikers, like to meet up?

I am interested in travelling from simla to leh, i have no idea about the means available, sep 10-20 sounds ok for me, i need to understand how am i going to make sure about the travel arrangements. i am based in chennai down south !

Im in Rishikesh at the moment with the eventual destination being Leh. So if people are meeting up Ill try and be tehre, sep 10-15 was it? just let me know ehre (and when)

Plan haha, if I get one I will let you know for sure. Bassically I am just going day to day. at the moment I am in Rishikesh, and will probably be here for another week or so as a friend is heading this way on thursday night. I think he is planning on heading for Amritsar so I am not sure exactly how far that is from Shimla but would be happy to meet up and then move on up towards Leh. Basically I am travelling on my own so I am fairly flexible, and always looking for some one to hook up with and share the expierence so yeah lets if you want we can meet up in Shimla and then head on up

Cool, in that case we'll meet in Shimla and then head straight up to Leh !
We have to decide on the day, time and place where we would be meeting, could you decide that?

We (2) are planning to hire a jeep to travel from Manali to Leh around the 22nd of August and looking for others to join in the journey and help share the fare.

You (2) have good trip!, Aug 22 is just around the corner, i am not ready for that. Hope you guys will be joined by other folks !

I will reply if i am there Nitin, the timing looks about right! I'm in Jodhpur about to go to Jaisalmer for something like a week and then head up to Manali to buy a bike to ride to Leh. I've never ridden a bike so i might not make it i suppose but we'll see! I'll let you know
