Well, we face a clash of dates once again

.
Sunday --> Saturday ---> Friday and now again back to Saturday.... Any suggestions?
Also, is there a minimum attendance criteria for a gathering to be considered as 'meetup'?

Nil, will it be difficult for you to accommodate on Friday? You have been wanting this meetup for quite some time. I will be stuck up in office on Saturday. Not that I like it, but.... So its Friday for me.
hobbesian, topgun_uk, somnath_biswas, others...... please get back if Friday is ok. If its fine enough, lets then meet at Chowringee or Park Street around 7PM, if Central Kolkata is convenient for every body.

It's fine with me. Let us meet anywhere but we should go to the fare (Netaji Indoor Stadium) which will close at 2030 hours. Hope others have no objection.

If its ok with you, I would like to join.
I would prefer Saturday, I will be going to the travel fair at Netaji Indoor to collect my Kathmandu-Lukla plane tickets from the travel agent,Mr Raju Pradhan.I guess they would be having a stall there.
I would be there in the late afternoon , Saturday,27th June 09.
Why dont we meet there ? If any of you are there pl give me a call on 98310 01268

Well, it did not happen

SomnathBiswas and myself were the only two who would have been able to make it - so we just called it off as there was no point in having a meetup with 2 persons.
Hopefully next time we can converge on a more convenient time and location.
