HOLI HAI!

I am back in the city after a wonderful interlude in Sikkim. Does anybody want to meet up for dinner tomorrow at Peter Cat? That means Sunday, 23rd March. I think Somnath will be back; anyone else?

Yes Somnath is back but very late. theyyamdancer, I am extremely sorry that I couldn’t contact anyone because BSNL connection is not working – hence no Internet connection at home.

But what happened to other Kolkata members? Hey guys are you alright, too much Bhang or something else? Ha ha ha……

I met two IndiaMike members at Shantiniketan. It was a great fun !!!!

Well, I am afraid I didn't make it to my own meet-up! LOL Too much wandering around Kolkata - visited the wonderful Tagore Museum and walked the whole length of Chitpur Street - and then today we visited the little known Asutosh Museum of Indian Art which was amazing and we were the only visitors today (and for several days). In case anyone is wondering, it is located INSIDE the University of Calcutta.

We are off to Varanasi tomorrow. Sorry to be leaving this wonderful city. Still haven't seen half of it. We will be back.

I am sorry, I couldn’t reach early hence didn’t get any chance to meet. But it is great that you liked Kolkata. And we’ll wait for your rengchenpong trip report. Come back soon.

Somnath and all .. this is just an advance notice that I'll be arriving in Kolkata on 18 October and looking forward to seeing you all! It's a bit too early to plan a meetup, but I don't want you to be out of town when I get there!

Somnath and the gang from Kolkata

As you have already read, I am in Kharagpur, joined the IIT yesterday and settling down. Still a long way to go before the house will be renovated and stuff like that.

I will definitely like to meet up one of these days - not that far to Kolkata, but, I will have to get used to the mad rush. Also, Oct may be a good time when Wonderwoman is there - Durga Puja time.

Hey, that’s great !!!!! I am planning my vacation and hopefully I’ll be back on 12th Oct. hence…… meetup is almost final.
