New To Jaipur,
If you rock up to Naran Niwas (Hotel) pool on pretty much every Sunday you will find a bunch of foriegners there for the day / afternoon. It took me a couple of years to stumble upon it, so thought I should share the same. Costs Rs200 to get in.

New in Jaipur, welcome to the meet-up madness. Everyone wants meet-ups, but it's really difficult to coordinate our schedules. How long are you here for? Jaipur is a wonderful city and after 1.5 years here, I'm even more fascinated with it than before. You are right that this is the most challenging time of year to get out and enjoy it. I just returned from a trip to Rajasthan's only hill station - it really isn't as cool temperature wise as other hill stations, but the difference is definitely felt now that I've returned! Keeping cool is now what it's about. I've got a few favorite hangouts, like Anoki. Being an ex-pat, I still have a ton to learn about the secrets of the city, but have completely enjoyed taking my scooter around and checking places out. Unfortunately, I'm headed up to another hill station (Mussoorie) for some language classes and really refreshing cooler mountain air for the next month or so. Best of luck!
