Hyderabad Meetups

Sorry all for missing the meet-up at Yatri Nivas yesterday night (how lame is that?!

). We visited town all day (Golconda Fort, Charminar...) and I couldn't get out and to my emails before late, and then I was in Taj Krishna, apparently a bit far from Yatri Nivas (?).

I hope I get to catch up with you later on. (Maybe this afternoon, or any night of this next week).

What else do you guys recommend checking-out in the area?

I am in for the Hyderabad meetup - I leave Hyd for th eUS on June 20th. Please PM me and I shall give a contact #.

Yesterday, I went to Paradise for the firt time (at th corner of SD Road & MGRoad - is that the one?) Had the Hyderabadi Biryani - I am sorry to say that I was not at all impressed.

Let's meet - who knows when I would be able to aian until my eventual return to India in a few months.

Yatri Niwas is a restaurant (both indoor and open) cum lodging I believe. Its a prominent landmark in Hyd about one km from Paradise.

The venue seems to be fine but do we have critical mass?

Considering all above responses, saturday afternoon is the only conducive time. So, 3:00 PM, 16th June 2007 (saturday), Yatri Niwas, open-air restaurant.
