Hyderabad Meetups

it was a small but nice meet up. the cricket match,the lovely windy rain and great jokes from naatusbs all are interesting.
i wnjoyed every bit of it.hope to look forward for a bigger meet up soon.

Hi !

I'm coming this weekend but just for a very short one. Arriving saturday PM and leaving sunday PM. I'm 100% keen for a dinner and/or a few drinks on saturday night.

Cool ! Sounds like we got something started ! I'll be staying around the Banjara area as well, not far from the ITC Gran Kakatiya. Baba, from your profile info and your post count, I'll think you better to decide the venue, it's been while since I had weekend in Hyd. I'll trust your judgment on that one ! Sports and beer, sounds good to start with !

I am leaning towards Yatri Niwas.

Advantage:

Rather central location.
Less noisy than other places, especially under the pandal that can leak if it rains

Big scren TV in the pandal.
Food is pretty good and not too expensive.
Beer is good.

Let's do it - This Saturday or Sunday evening?

So rekindling this for this weekend. Either a lunch on Sat or anytime Sunday. Up for anyplace and can offer a ride to anyone from the Hitec area. Hope for enough responses. (I'm also inquiring via a side post for any weekend getaway if this doesnt materialize)

Wow, I been gone for awhile and reading back through the Hyd meet-up thread is a little depressing! Oh well. I guess we Hyderabadasses can't always be as cool as the Mumbaikers, New Delhites, and Bangalauries (or is that Banga-nancies??!)
