Somehow, the recent conviction for murder of one of the owners of the other place, whose name I forget, makes me feel even less inclined towards it than I did, even if the toilets are clean!

(But no, it wasn't a customer)

A wonderful "welcome" meet with Nick it was last night, indeed. (And all those screaming for pics: There will be some, no doubt, but realize not all of us are intent on having their faces up on the web for all to see till kingdom come, OK

I'll be looking forward to the meet on Sunday; shall be making some local calls presently. I'm pretty much set to leave to BLR on Tuesday daytime I think; will notify once I've finalized ticket.

That should give me room to perhaps see karnatic music event in temple with Nick tonight; see croc farm + Mahabs tomorrow (Mahabalipuram I've been to before, and pics I've seen since don't inspire me to return; however it's on the way and so could be fun, and I'll take a print-out of a tribal kid I knew there and see if I can retrace him; those folks were hit hard by the tsunami I think); Sunday meet plus some of Chennai; daytrip to Kanchipuram on Monday; then BLR Tuesday.

Er, if I don't oversleep and have plentifold siestas like I normally do, that is
