That is one thing I forgot to check

I am going swimming in the area around 2 pm. I can stop by to check on the parking situation and call you around 3:30 or 4 pm.

Nick, it does have parking. Valet parking, in fact. But, you may have to wait considerable amount of time while retrieving it (esp sat evening). Alternatively, you could park it besides the play ground that is right next to BBQ nation and leg it for rest of the way!
