Chennai Meetups

Hi,

I am a new member. On 14th morning, i reach chennai at 08:00AM. I have time (for my next flight) till 15:00. If any meeting is planned during this time, or if any IM member is interested for meeting during this time gap, please let me know.

Place in chennai, wont be a problem for me. Anybody can suggest.

Yes, even though I said the date for the meetup was fine for us I wasn't taking into account that I had a heavy week of teacher training coming up, on my own (this past Saturday I finished a three-week teacher training session, and had co-trainers for the first two weeks, but not the third) which is pretty exhausting. I was saving my energy for a long week! I will try to be more organized about dates in the future.

Let's have a Happy New Year early-ish in January. What do you all think?

Sounds like a good idea, Ambler.

I am in Mumbai from 28th dec until 7th/8th jan though, so not sure whether I can make it for a really early January meetup...

Let's shoot for mid-Jan, then. Maybe after Pongal? Maybe that will push it to late Jan...

That might become too late...

I'm not sure whether Pongal will be that big a deal for most of us. What about the 10/11 weekend? Pongal is on 15th, so it would be before that.
