Yeah... If they want usable toilets we'd better change to Saravanna Bhavan. I don't understand why an otherwise good restaurant keeps its toilets in such a way --- but then we've discussed this toilet thing, and many born-and-bred Chennaiites can't understand why many other chennaiites can't keep a toilet clean!

I don't have an Indian mobile, but can PM you my UK mobile, it'll just cost you more! I think we'll probably still be there by 9, from my end it probably depends more on jetlag than anything else.

Scott... Looking forward to meeting you again; though my unreliable brain cells can't remember what you look like!
Nearby hotels, try Hotel Karpagam +91 44 2495 9984 or Krishna Residency, 24643617 (maybe a bit too expensive). Both are nearby. It is in North Mada Street, Myalapore, but any driver will know to find it. You really can't miss it (famous last words!) cheaper seats downstairs, more expensive food upstairs. |
