I think the last Meet we had here was in The Fruit Shop on Greames Rd (that's its name, not its address!) in Besant Nagar?

Walk on the beach, fruit juice. Expensive, compared to my usual Rs15 fruit juice! --- but I don't think we want to have a meet standing on the street corner!!!!

If you meet up either January 7 in the afternoon or January 9-19, I will try to be there. I will be staying in Tambaram at Madras Christian College.

It would be great to meet more Mikers.

Sundays is good for me as Mrs N is away doing her religious stuff that day: I often just take a quiet day at home.

January 7 would be great! I arrive from Delhi at 13:00, could be at Egmore by 14:00 or 14:30. Then I leave for Thanjavur at 22:30 on the Rock Fort Express. Could we do something late afternoon? High tea? Early dinner? I will need to constantly nourish myself because I'll still be jet-lagged from my flight from Chicago.

January 14 I'll be with my husband's group in Mahabalipuram. That is just an overnite though, and yes, I can take the train in from the college most other times. No problem.

It would be great! My first day ever in Southern India with Mikers!

The last one we had, I went completely deaf just before it started and it didn't wear off until the end of the day!

Lets see what happens this time. Oh well, that ear specialist has a lovely nurse

Didn't help that I was kept awake by near-by demolition work most of the night and consequently slept on and off during the day.
