We don't need to book a table.

Even if the AC room is full, which is unlikely, there will be plenty of space in the rest of the restaurant --- and it looks like our high temperatures are over!

Hello folks !

I have been to other Vasanth Bhavans, and have fair idea about those places. I hope the one in the Mylapore has enough space for 20 odd people to sit around and chat!
Else we might have to sit in different groups !

Any idea how its going to be?

6.30 onwards... or, to put it another way, arrive whenever you like

Vasantha Bhavan is an ordinary restaurant, with tables for four that manage to accommodate families of five or six. I have seen much bigger groups there, and, as far as I know, they don't have problems with pushing tables together (Saravana Bhavan does).

You only thing I don't like about the place is the toilets. Go before you come. Or use the carpark...
