Wildlife Parks- How many of you would be interested

Hi, I have been reading up about the wildlife parks in India and they seem to worthwhile. Was wondering if any would be interested in visiting a few wildlife parks. The parks and schedule are pretty flexible as i am in india for 6 months starting next week.

Most of the parks shut down in the monsoon season so kindly prepare accordingly. Though this month is the best to go and see the parks as its very dry and water holes are limited.

All the best

Different sancturies have different months in which they shut down, kindly check the internet for dates.

Monsoons usually ends by August end.But some parks dont open even till september as repair work is carried out on mud roads and water bridges.

Hiya...

Most of the National Parks and Wild Life Sanctuaries in India are closed from 1st June to 30th September irrespective of the arrival or the non-arrival of the monsoons, per se.

Cheers...!

Hi i am a keen wild life lover and i have visted almost every national park in india except few. i am up for any wild life trip as long as i get time to take photographs. there are 2 national parks which are open all through the year. Madhav national park and Kuno national park in M.P. near Shivpuri (gwalior). i can invite you to visit this park with me as i am civil conservator for these 2 parks and have good contacts with CCF. rest of the parks can only be visited after mansoon and the best sighting time is late winters.
