You can get a visa to Myanmar and Laos in India, but you cant cross the India - Myanmar border ( Unless something has changed recently). Yo can also get a visa to Nepal in India but you do not really need to since you can get a visa at the Nepalese border as long as you have cash US $ . For Sri Lanka you don't need a visa for stays up to 30 days, extension are easy to get.

There is no land crossing between india and mayanmar which can be awaild by tourists. There is border crossing (tamu -moreh)in Manipur but only locals can use it submitting there id cards n have 2 be back by eveing.
so its best to take a flight from kolkata or dhaka to yangoon..
