ZBLINK, if nobody will be around (It is unlikely will be some IMers around) head to coffee.com where you can talk to some travellers or go on organized tour. This is also good way to meet and talk to too much reserved Europeans in India.

try hotel qualite bar...u do find some backpackers having a drink there once in a while...
