November (Delhi, Varnasi, Udaipur) December (goa/beaches!)

Hi my name is Mike and I'm from Calgary, Canada. I am 20 years old and felt like taking a break from university. I am traveling to India in a couple weeks and I'm starting to feel a little bit apprehensive about traveling by myself. I land in Delhi on November 4th and I plan to stay there for a couple days in Delhi just to adapt to my surroundings. Then I was thinking of heading to either Udaipur or Varanasi and Bodhgaya. Seeing both sides of the country eventually. then for december I'd like to travel down to Goa, maybe Chennai, Puducherry. definitely want to go south for december though. I have no set Travel Itinerary just some speculations and ideas. Im happy to go with the flow, meet some people and just see what happens. Let me know if your interested. Look for me if your a fellow traveler. I'll have a blue backpack with a Canadian patch

Hey Mike,

You'll see my reply on another thread, so I won't repeat myself here, but this gives a clearer idea of your plans. So here are my random thoughts:

If you're down south by mid-December, you're welcome to meet up in Bangalore 12-15 December sometime. Or 27th onwards in and around Chennai.

Don't miss Mahabalipuram (Mamallapuram) while doing Chennai and Pondicherry. All my Canadian friends have loved it. Also, if you have the time and money, another place they loved is the Andaman Islands, especially Havelock and Neil. Although them being from Alberta and Saskatchewan, that is hardly surprising

Anyway, I know your post is looking for fellow travellers, and I'm sort of acquainted with these places already, but if you'd like to meet up, feel free. For my part, if I bump into a random maple leaf, I'll say Hi Mike!
