Nov 15-22 Golden Triangle&Pushkar Female Traveler

Hello!

I will arriving in Delhi the evening of the 15th Nov and leaving from there on the 22nd. In the 8 days I am in India I will be visiting Agra, Jaipur, and the beginning of the fair in Pushkar.

Are there any fellow females or a small group out there interested in joining me? I am a 30 year old woman from the States currently working in Afghanistan... I can definitely rough it but on this trip I am also willing to spurge (although I suppose it's all relative).

I have been considering hiring a car and driver (I know, I know) but am not sure it's worth it... but it might be if someone else would like to share costs. I am open.

Otherwise, if anyone has any recommendations about particular hotels or ways of getting about these areas, I'd love to know-- and I am especially interested in hearing about the amount of advance time I might need for booking, or prices on the internet vs. in person. I understand Pushkar will be difficult at this point.

I am new to this site, and I know I have missed you and your travels to Rajasthan. But next time you plan to be in Delhi and travel further either into the hills or desert, just let me know.
