LF female travel partner-Kerala-Jan/Feb 2009

Hi,

I'm a 40 year old Indian woman currently living in Southern California. I am looking for a FEMALE travel partner for my trip to Kerala.

I will arrive in Bangalore on January 12, 2009 and will spend a week there, making a day trip to Sravanbelagola and getting over the jet lag.

The tentative plan is to start in Cochin, do the backwaters, munnar tea plantations, periyar national park ending up at Sivananda Yoga ashram @ Neyyar Dam. I would like to spend 1-2 weeks at the ashram. You can either join me at the ashram or go off to other places.

I am more interested in seeing the wildlife, viewing nature and taking the time to enjoy each place rather than rushing through.

Please contact me if you are interested.

Thanks!

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for replying. The itinerary is very much in flux currently. I am still going through the guidebooks and this forum trying to come up with the list of places I want to try to see in Karnataka and Kerala - there are so many places that look interesting. I started reading up on Lakshwadeep also and now that looks good too.

Hi Farrertan,

I'm so sorry that the times don't match up. It would have been perfect given our similar trip plans. Keep in touch and let me know how your trip goes!

The posts to which you are referring Dom have been deleted as inappropriate for this Forum. I have left yours and Nattusbs posts here however. India Mike is primarily a Travel Forum as we all know, and Booklover is clearly asking for a Female travel partner.
And no, this is not tiger on the prowl again.

Hi Farrertan,

How was your trip. Did you enjoy Sivananda ashram? Which other places in Kerala did you visit and like.
