Kedarnath,Badrinath,Valley of Flowers & Hekund Sahib Travel Buddy Required

Dear all,

Just wondering if anyone out there is planning to visit the above places or is thinking of being in the region during the last week of September [25th September]within almost 2 weeks time, so that they can join us a group of 5/6 people and form a bigger group, to make the tour even more pleasing.

If someone is willing & wants to join me, here is a rough itinerary of the tour, which is flexible & can change depending on conditions there :-

Garehwal & Uttarkhand Travelling Itinerary :-

1. Haridwar - Gaurikund [12hours, by bus]
2. Gaurikund - Kedarnath [at 7 am] Max. 2 pm. nighthalt
3. Kedarnath to Basuki Tal [16Km in all]
4. Kedarnath to Chorabari Tal [5 Km going & getting back] Back to Gourikund;
5. Gourikund -Joshimath [6Hours]
6. Joshimath-Auwli-Gobindghat [Sight seeing of Auwli for 2 hours]
7. Gobindghat- Ghanghariya [4hours] -
8. Ghanghariya- Valley of Flowers [
9. Ghanghariya - Hemkund Sahib
10. Hemkund Sahib -Ghanghariya - Gobindghat
11. Gobindghat-Badrinath
12. Badrinath- Haridwar

I m also planning a trip arnd dat time from mumbai. But I was more keen on intersting detinations of Sikkkim (Gangtok) and Darjeeling..Wat say?

Do you already have any frnds joining you?

No,I am yet to get anyone joining me in the trip,leaving aside my family mebers here

By the way, how far are your plans for the Sikkim trip ? Are you thinking of going to Uttaranchal ?

Are you very keen on traveling to Uttarnchal? I have a good Itinery for Sikkim-Darjeeling..But planning to go only if there is a group or at least small group of 3-4 ppl..I am flexible on places to visit in North India..

But most of what you had suggested in your original Plan of; I have already visited..
