Me too! I arrive Delhi on Nov 1st. Some posts on this site say Amritsar is the place to be for Diwali. Probably best to just go with the flow when there.

Welcome to Delhi. Diwali is very much noisy in Delhi. Some buildings and temples are beautifully lit up.
