Delhi: Travel partner Needed!!!May 15th 2-3 weeks.

Hii

!!

Im am going to delhi for an intership from 20th April till 15th May.
After my internshipship i want to stay in india for about 2 weeks (more/less) and make a trip.
I have not yet made concrete plans, but i would really like to go to Mumbai (and Goa) depending on my budget

(flight/train) Im a student you see:P
I was thinking of heading to Shimla-Bikaner-Jaisalmar-Jodhpur-Udaipur-Mumbai by train, from there to Goa also by train and at the end of the trip heading back to Delhi by flight??
The Golden triangle(jaipur, Agra maybe udaipur) ill probably cover in weekends of internship.
Im really looking forward to this and am trying to make a plan

what ive written above is just of the top of my head

I would like a travelling partner in the days after internship, that would make it really FUN!!

and its also more safe. Also hanging out when in delhi would be nice.
Anyway im a 24 year young female student from Holland, Asian background.
Lemme know if you are looking aswell, i have no concrete plans so open for any suggestions!!

Why not visit Goa first and then do the trip in reverse? That way you are closer to the city you will fly back out of? Just my thoughts...

Rajasthan will be terribly hot in mid May. I suggest visiting Shimla and our places in the hills. Both Goa and Mumbai will be hot & muggy.

Hi the months & places you have chosen to move around are to hot around 45/50 Celsius with warm air blown around if possible change them for mountains they will be very relaxing if you need any assistance massage me

*C* - May 15th to May 30th will be REALLY hot to go anywhere in Rajashtan... but i guess you would've gone to Jaipur before that... Make sure you visit Chauki-dani in Jaipur... it'll give you a brief sample of Rajasthan...

Goa will also be quite hot in May... If you must, go there towards the end of your trip... you may catch an early monsoon this year... There are direct trains from Delhi to Goa... or you can change in Mumbai

Plan to goto the hills in this weather... one iterinary could be Delhi-Shimla (by train)- Kalpa-Spiti-Rohtang Pass-Manali-Delhi... this should take at least 7/8 days...

I'm new to the forums and am having trouble finding any sort of PM capability, so I suppose I'll respond here... I'm planning a similar trip during a similar timeframe - starting on the 17th in Delhi, going to Agra, Jaipur, etc. and then heading into Himachal Pradesh. Not sure if things would work out for us to travel the whole time together, but maybe we could meet up for one or two places? I'm 26/F from the US, also Asian by heritage.

I will be done with my program at an Ashram in Nasik and will also be looking for a partner to travel with.

I am planning to head to Varanasi (around May 20th), then Jaipur, Udaipur,etc and lastly Agra (leave New Delhi on June 3rd)

If you do your trip in reverse, We could travel together.
