Hi,
I(male 24 Indian) and my friend(female 25 French) would be traveling northern region in December 07. We require partner(s) so as to moderate our travel budget (car hire etc)....crazy adventure freaks are invited

May I have your plan/itinerary? I plan to visit India in Dec 07 too. Also what is your budget?

1st draft of my itinerary

Dec 13-14th Delhi
Dec 15th take the evening train to Bundi arrive at 10:00am (good place for sightseeing)
Dec 16-17th Bundi (two nights)
Dec 18th take bus to Udaipur
Dec 18-22 Udaipur Mt Abu and other places
Dec 23th take morning bus to Jodpur
Dec 26th take morning train to Jaisalmer
Dec 27-28 Join a 2 day safari trip
Dec 29th Jaisalmer
Dec 30th Take the evening train back to Delhi (arrive at 1:00pm)
Dec 31st back to HK

So is it interesting?

What safari trip are you taking? is there a website? i'm looking for a good safari around Jaisalmer and there are so many to choose from. thx

I don't want to be blammed by anyone. Anyway! Just tell you what I have heard. Some internet friends told me that the safari trips organized by Dessert Boy Guest House (desert_p@yahoo.com),
Shahi Palace (info@shahipalacehotel.com) and FiFu Guest House (www.fifutravel.com) are quite good. Good luck!

I'm heading to Bundi from Delhi in early Jan but was under the impression that i would have to take the train to Udaipur. Is there a direct train to Bundi & what's its name & number?? Cheers KK

sorry, it wasnt clear in my previous thread. i will be arriving in delhi from nepal on the 28th. but am hoping to do a bit of traveling outside delhi (maybe golden triangle). no fixed plans, quite flexible. if our dates coincide, it would be great to team up. Im 22 female from Australia.

Hi Ann,
Any way you can arrive a day earlier? We are 2 women travelling from Delhi to Agra (hiring a car and driver) on Dec 27. We will stay at Mathura overnight, move on to Agra and then likely take the train to Jaipur for a couple of days. I am a Canadian living in Bangladesh and my travel companion is coming from South Korea.
I will back in Delhi on Dec 31 and would be glad to link up with someone to see some of Delhi's best sights til I leave Jan 4.

hi i am 26 male germany right now in up will be arriving delhi on 28th and free till 4th i have my flight back to germany on 4th so plan something nice if its ok with u guyz and consider new years as well .
