solo travel - no problem
mountain biking on that road - ONLY IF you are used to cycling distances. Not that that alone is enough but that road is going to take u close to heavens while crossing high altitude passes. No idea if you have taken care of the AMS stuff. There are some good threads here on what to do and what not to do.
I re-emphasize on ONLY IF
and 15 days....Manali-Leh and then Nubra....no way...unless u put a 150CC or more engine to your mountain bike. Reaching Manali itself will take a lot of days. I estimate at least 10 days... add 2 more days for the bad weather. You can only reach Leh in 15 days. No Nubra will be possible am sure.
Hey why not get ur cycle on a bus and reach Leh in just 2 days and then go cycling in the Nubra valley for 6/7 days. BUT AGAIN... ONLY IF. Cycling in Leh and above specially when u r going to Nubra by crossing the Khardong La is another activity one shud go for with utmost care.
Study ur physique well before venturing out.
BUT yes...if you are confident abt your endurance and taken care of AMS thing.....IT IS WORTH DOING for that experience!

Its pretty safe to cover this route solo, went to Ladakh last year solo on my pulsar 180 and was riding alone for 18 days. Take the Enfield it would be a better choice than Splendor
will rohtang pass will be open by that time?

But NO! You did say mountain bike...Never heard anyone using this term for a motorbike.
whatever.......so....Enfield!! You will zoom pass! No worries! Moto-bikes not my territory so no more from my side. Yogesh will be of great help. Stick to him and of course to IM. u together will work out a good plan for urself!
sorry amy for using wrong term....
