This is very unfortunate that they insist on getting HIV test done before entry. That was true some 30 years back when the full epidiiology of disease was not known,but now it should not be needed at all. I discussed with recepption people there,but they put aside my arguments saying,that that was not plateform to discuss with them.I protested at osho friends site also about it. It only brings mis conception as to what is goin inside. When osho recommended for it full eatilogy and its mode of spread was not knon.There was wrong belef that even casual touch can spread it.that was reason to advicate and introduce the testt then,But now it is not NEEDED at all.I am medical psot graduate and oild osho followers,it pains me to see that the things are not changing,as they make more money by doing the test

Well, although I got my Visa I ended up not going. Decided the journey from the airport to Pune was too risky, along with a few other imponderables. It remains a project on the back-burner.

There is absolutely NO risk in travelling formPune Airport to city. Airpoprt is very near to city and there are various modes of travel available
Be sure ther eis NO RISK at all. Some body gave u wrong information.

So are you saying that you foudn it risky to travel from pune airport to koregaon park at sometime very late in the night?

Well that should be fair to find it risky on anyplace and not just pune. It is always better to wait for a few hours in the lounge and wait for the sun to rise before heading off.

There is pre paid service at airport maintained by Police. Which will help u hire a Taxi and note down its registration numbber, name of pesanger and his destinatikon. It is ABSOUTELY safe to hire such taxi at air port itself

But for a person who is new to a city or a country - I think one might feel it comfortable to wait for the dawn before going out into unknown.
