Any tourists in Udaipur?

I'm in Udaipur and plan on staying here for a few more days. Would like to meet up with other travellers to wander the streets and find interesting places to eat. (Thanks in advance to all you local boys for your interest, but I prefer to meet other tourists or local women).

Also interested in maybe doing a day trip to Kumbalgarh and Ranakpur. My guidebook says a car ride there and back should cost around Rs1200 which is too much on my own but would be okay split two or three ways.

Hello, This is a psychiatrist from Canada. I am of Indian origin and may be you will consider me a "local boy". I am on a visit to India for the last few months and was stuck to my home in Delhi and relatives in Punjab. Before leaving for India I had thought of traveling to the parts of India I have never been to. I would like to travel to all the 4 corners of India which I have never been to. well read and well traveled dude here up for meeting people from different cultural backgrounds and countries.i m very adventurous and expierenced traveler and planning a trip to goa early december.
