40 + who cares ! Anyone wanna meet up if your as crazy as us ?
Myself (Helen - age 26) and my husband (Dave-age 33) are traveling as below, seems a lot of people are getting put off by the heat but we are sticking to our guns and going where we wanna go

i will arrive in Delhi June 11th in the morning. If you'r staying for the whole day we could meet for dinner. Where in Delhi are you going to stay? I'm planning on Paharganj.

Chaia - we are staying in the same area as you, Smyle Inn ! We are getting a night train on the 11th, will PM you with the details. If anyone can suggest a place to meet near the station we can have a little drinky poos and some food, all welcome ! |

Come on, we know what you get up to in those Yorkshire winters!
Gem bar is about half way down the Paharganj main market - bit of a 'hang' for tourists but has beers and is open quite late. We met up with another Aussie family there for drinks (we were over 40 too! AND with kids!) there is also a bar on top of a hotel near ours (Cottage Yes Please) but can't remember the name!!! Its quite well known though. |

Dave and Helen,
You both have a wonderful time, India is really great and of course the people are charming.It will be very hot and I mean hot I can now only travel to India in the winter time. |
