I just remembered that the yogic kriyas/cloth down the throat/water up the nose stuff can be done without it being such a big deal, if you know the right local places... such as yoga centers where average people do yoga everyday (at least the ones in Mumbai.. I think there was a good one in Santacruz).

The high cost just ensures you do the same thing without having to deal with crowd/pollution/traffic or whatever else that may bother one.
