Flash flood in Pin Valley in Spiti - travelers to the region note

Flash flood triggered by melting glaciers in China bordering tribal Lahaul-Spiti district has cut off the entire Pin Valley from rest of the state as one km of road along with bridge has been washed off, said government Official.
