Elephant festival at Jaipur
Jaipur will host the now popular Elephant Festival on 17th March. The Mahout of the best-decorated elephant gets a prize. You can see the pachyderms play polo, a little slow and lumbering but fun all the same. The day after this is the festival of Holi or colour when people play with dry and wet colour saluting spring and the onset of summer.
