Forty-five? Good grief, isn't Hyderabad usually relatively cool? Capt must be suffering

Sad, wonder how long will it take compensation, even if the amount is laughable, to reach the poor people. Incidentally, 1/3 of ministers are out holidaying.
Also, news about an earthquake in Tibet that killed more than 300 people.
