In fact, it's a bit like making contact with another driver to establish who has the right of way, and I want that dog to see a human who knows the game. But I really draw the line at any physical contact whatsoever.
As a dg lover I have exactly the same opinion... and I have my own growl too. Soemtimes I scream, yell and behave like a hysteric mad animal all of a sudden to chase the pooch away. Catching them unawares is the best way to scare them off.

What i'd actually like to know where abouts in Goa she was bitten (may sound abit callous) but if there is an area that can be pin pointed to where the bite took place, (as dogs have their own territories and very rarely go away from them, ) we may be able to alert the people in that particular area,. I know it sounds abit far fetched but think it would be worth a try.

Oh, Rangss; a demonstration please.

We could have an IM meet in that Spencer Plaza open space atrium, the highlight being your dog-scaring demo. We could then go and eat Subways afterwards.

I was once noticed meowing at a cat by an elderly man on a bicycle in Royapettah... He looked horrified, made a sign at me as if warding off the devil, and rode off fast.
