Did anyone notice the post above from Indira?
I wonder if it's a genuine lead?

I agree with Shakari, if Ryan has left of his own free will let us not be too hard on him. As someone said earlier, this would be the best case scenario because at least he is alive and well. We have all made 'bad choices' - and leaving (if he has) without telling anyone is a bad choice, but 'coming back' will be so much more difficult if he feels that people are going to give him a hard time.
I have been living with this nightmare for 8 years and, despite what people say, time is not a great healer - when you don't have answers. Every family birthday, every Christmas, every Easter etc. is tarnished when there is an empty place at the table. Every time my birthday comes round, I think "is this the year he'll send me a card?". Each time the phone rings, or there's a knock at the door, I think 'have they found him?". I don't want to spend the rest of my life like this but until someone finds his body, I have to believe he's alive. In some ways I think it would be easier to cope with a death, because at least then you can go through the grieving process and begin to move on with your life. Not knowing is awful and I would not wish this on my worst enemy. Let's make it easy for Ryan to come home, or at least get in touch, so that his families torture can end. RYAN JUST COME HOME SAFE.

What a brave, heart-rending post, Hamanda. And you are right to be so generous about Ryan. A 'Ryan come home safe' campaign sounds about right to me!

Missing Ryan,
the person i saw at the Arambol Beach (north Goa) was wearing some cotton top, looked like a kurtha to me, beige or dark bruan in colour, and loose pants, and one day a lungi.... if i am not mistaken maroon. I have sent you an email Nat of your email id. Flight takes abt 2 hours from Rajasthan to Goa, train i think 2 whole days. Why i remember this person so well, is that, its off season, hardly any tourists, in all if i can remember well, say abt 10-12 tourists. I was at the Arambol beach everyday, from the 27th August - 1st september....but i cant tell u which days i saw this person.. hoping for the best, |

Offtopic, but trying to be helpfull...
Azure, the QUOTE tag is best for quoting stuff you're replying to. Easier still, you can use the Quote Button on the message you're answering.
Just thought I'd mention it because it looks like you must have worked hard at that box thingy.... ![]()

Hi all,
I know this is going to sound strange but I am Ryan's eldest brother, Aaron. This thread has absolutely blown me away. I did a search for "Ryan Chambers" in google and this came up as the last link on the 1st page. I haven't had a chance to read all the posts yet but I have butterflies to think that a thread for my little brother has been created and so many people have posted in it. Please, if anyone has seen Ryan or has any idea where he might have gone, let me know. Cheers, Aaron |
