Dad and I are going to be in India in mid November. It would be great if you or anyone other IM'ers would like to catch up so we can maybe coordinate a few extra poster drops and more importantly so we can thank you guys and girls in person for the amazing support and effort you provided us during the last few months. Let us know if it's an option via this site and we will do our best to coordinate something. Cheers, Aaron |

You'll be most welcome!! Trouble is, I'll be in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu....but if we can meet up perhaps in Bangalore, I'll try my best - Got a fair bit to do for the first month or so - and Tony has to attend Mobility India too - BUT I'll PM you or with a cell phone number when I get another India SIM, and you can call when you're in situ

I am going back
As Aaron said in previous post I am going back and taking him this time. Will be in Delhi on Saturday 19 November and then on to Rishikesh. Want to tie up some loose ends, catch up with Coca Cola, Rotary etc either before we go north or after we get back to Delhi. Will be starting from Rishikesh Barrage Colony and ensure saturation with posters from that area. May also head to Ramnagar from which we received the "hoax" call. If any IMers are in the vicinity at the time, love to connect. Indian Cell phone will be 098 1827 8704.

Coca Cola Have Come Good
Coca Cola have distributed 2,000 posters so far and have instructed their salesmen to ensure the posters remain up. Some pics which they have forwarded are attached. A big thank you to Vikas Kochhar and Deepak Jolly from the company in New Delhi.

State Bank Of India
More great news!! Thanks to Mr Subramanian Mohan of the State Bank of India in Sydney, Ryan's poster is to be displayed at 230 branches of the Bank in Uttaranchal. Aaron and I aim to meet with the General Manager for the state when we visit Dehradun. Dear Imers, if you wish you could also thank Mr Mohan for his help on mohan@sbisyd.com.au .

If only Ryan could see himself now. With all those posters hopefully he will. Great coverage.

You have left no stone unturned in your effort to find your son. I do so hope that your efforts will soon be rewarded, as do the thousands of people who have become involved in your search for Ryan.
An email of thanks has been forwarded to Mr Mohan. My thoughts are with you daily.

I am such a infrequent visitor to the site at the moment that I missed this thread. However, after sitting reading all of the amazing warmth and sincerety here I have been truly touched. I have read all the messages to Ryan and his family and you know something, thank god for all of us.
After so much negativity these past years this is a wonderful show of love and support. We are, after all, parents or brothers or sisters! To Ryan's family and friends my deepest regards in these trying times. To Imer's everywhere this is why this place is so special do keep it up! and to Ryan stay safe and return to your loved ones soon. My prayers and support are with you all. Bhuttaji |

Saturday is the Day
Aaron and I arrive in Delhi at 10pm Saturday and fly to Jolly Grant on Sunday Morning. Will be in Rishikesh early afternoon staying at the Hotel Natraj. Besides displaying posters all over we will be calling on the Rotary District Governor in Mussorie, State bank of India General Manager and the Ryder Cheshire International home "Raphael", both in Dehradun. Visits to other organisations are also planned. We will be wearing white T shirts with the Hindi poster front and back so we can't be missed.
We will report any news on this thread. Jock +91 98 1827 8704 |
