Hello from a fresh snowy morning in new mexico!
I am headed to India in a few weeks for 3 months and plan to split my trip in half--6 weeks in the north, 6 weeks in the south. Can any of you advise regarding yoga practice for a certified yoga teacher? I have studied sivananda yoga, and will visit one of their ashrams, but also would like to do an intensive week or two in both the north and south. Also, any thoughts on short ayurvedic courses? I am particularly interested in learning about ayurvedic nutrition. thank you- ecp |
