Deep,
I understand this is from your very recent experience. Why don't you mention which 5 points to cover ? There are so many points and the local drivers will show anything and claim that this is another point !
Do u know on which days are Nathula open ?
We were there way back in 1997. Now we're gathering information for another trip.

You can see Rumtek Monastery, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Tibetan institute and other famous sites. The 7 point trip will always constitute these things. The local cab owners have fixed these sites so you wont be cheated. I was myself short on time so couldnot see 7 point sights of Gangtok. I just saw Hanuman Tok and Ganesh tok.
Nathula pass is open on 4 days. Am not sure which days exactly. Please recheck in this site.
