Visit to Haridwar - Rishikesh - Devprayaag - Mussuroi

Would like to travel in the first week of October to Visit to Haridwar - Rishikesh - Devprayaag - Mussuroi.

Would like to have a suggestion on place to visit & places to stay in this places.

Would like to stay at a camp at Rishikesh / Devprayaag ( suggest the better). Which camp should be ideal to stay.

We have planned as below :

Haridwar - 1 day

Rishikesh - 1 day

Devprayaag - 1 day

Mussuroi - 3 days.

any suggestion is also welcome.

Would like to go to Daulati also if time permits.

1. how would you be travelling? if you have own transportation, stay at rishikesh camps.
2. Haridwar is a crowded place, good only if you have religious inclination. stay in rishikesh, take a trip to haridwar.
3. same with massouri, crowded and expensive. Stay at danaulti and visit massouri in daytime.
4. on the way to maussouri from dehradun, there is a temple right beside the road which give awesome prasad (khichri). one of the best i ever had. here you can find the gem stone at reasonable price.

Would be traveling by Train. Haridwar , would be staying for Ganga Arti only. Would like to stay in Tent near Ganga River for Rafting. Which is the best tent to stay in ?? Any good resort in Danaulti ?? Which is better Danaulti or Kanatal ?

How to travel from Rishikesh to Mussouri ?

May be you can stay one night at haridwar near har ki padi,have so many hotels and guest houses also have star category hotels but bit far from to har ki pauri,near har ki Pauri hotel har ki padi, Hotel ganga darshan by walk you can go Har ki padi ,next dayyou can go rishikesh at river beach camp side have so many camp ,himalayan explore at Shivpuri ( the best point for rafting and camping),the camp indo ganga,
Next other day you can stay at Dhanaulti, the best and cheap option stay GMVN, the best location not far to main road, kanatal also the star property but th can't see the 180 panorama of Great Himalaya from the Room. one of other hoyel at chamba 20 kms far from to Dhanaulti call classic hill top the best one great view of the Himalaya,
