Traveling to india

Hi all,

I'll be traveling to India next august 25. Delhi, Rajasthan, Agra, Khajoraho, Varanasi...

I'm a bit concerned about the wheather (rain and monzons)

I need information about "must see" places in these cities, where to eat, where to go shopping, etc.

I am traveling with a travel agency so I already have booked the hotel and the tipical places to visit, but what about those other places, only local people know?

THANKS for you help and information.

The weather wwill be bad, hot and humid. Rajasthan is a state. Which cities are you visiting in Rajasthan. About places to eat do try Karim's near Jama Masjid in Delhi. I lived in your country for a while & really enjoyed. Very nice warm people and the wines from your Rioja region excellent and the cideria & chuletas

Thank you for your rapid answer.

Yes, Rajasthan is a state. I'll travel to Udaipur, Jodpur, Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Pushkar and Jaipur.
After that, I'll travel to Kajhoraho, Agra and finaly Varanasi.

Then I'll jump to Kathmandu, Lhasa, and back to Spain.

jyotirmoy,

I see you know Spain well ;-)
