Travel Advice Required for Lucknow-Nainital-Binsar-Choukari-Munsiari-Kausani-Delhi

Hi All,
I am planning to visit kumayoon on 15-26 january-2011. Can any one give a best suited tour guide for me. I shall be ever great full to you for that. I have already planned something as follows :

DAY - 1 :Kumbha Express from Howrah
DAY - 2 :Reaching Lucknow at 7:20am/Sight Seeing hole day.
From Aishbag Station Catch the train Nainital Express
to reach lalkuan.
DAY -3 :From Lal kuan Book a Car for the rest of the day.By Car
Nainital. Sight Seeing hole day.

DAY -4 :From Nainital to Binsar.

DAY - 5 :From Binsar to Chaukori.
DAY - 6 :From Chaukori to Munsiyari.
DAY - 7 :Munsiyari.
DAY - 8 :Munsiyari to Kausani.
DAY - 9 :Kausani
DAY - 10 :
DAY -11 : New Delhi Station before 7:30.
DAY -12 : I have to reach at Kolkata.

I Want to cover Muktessar and Ranikhet or any alternate after kousani. Or if you have any better plan please help me. I can change enter schedule if you give me better plan as I have builded this Tour guide from here and there from internet. I have time constraint. 12days is absolutely optimum for me. So Please Guide me, so that I can See almost popular sites. But not that much of hectic schedule. Also Provide me Idea for following :

1. Private Vehicles (best preferred as per my team members)
2. Hotels
3. Distance and Time required to Travel from one Place to another.
4. Place to Visit within stipulated time.
5. Prices Required in Travel, hotels and others.

I have a team of 8 people including 3 Man (31-39Age), 3 Women (25-30), 1boy and 1 children of 5years.

please let me know about ur trip.........we are starting by duronto exps from howrah on 20th jan and expected to reach naukuchital mahindra resort on 22nd. can u also let me know whether u were able to see snow anywhere. where did u stay in kausani as that is the only place mahindra doesn't have a resort. hoping to get a prompt reply.
