touring auto factory

We are traveling to India next winter and plan to spend a month there. my husband would like to tour an auto factory...the one producing the new small cars we have been reading about. Is it possible to do that? How would we go about arranging that?

I think you are talking about the Nano by Tata Motors.

It's being made in Pantnagar, near Nainital in Uttarakhand State.

No, they would not allow you in, unless your Husband is a senior professional and have relevant contacts or can of be any use to project.
