Tirupati darshan

hi,
We want to go to tirupati balaji for darshan with a 1 year old kid in the month of july.
Can anyone please tell how to make a quick darshan without waiting time as it is not possible to wait for hours with a little kid.
Are there any special tickets for quic darshan or there is some special darshan for parents with infants?

You can try what is called as "Sheegradarshan(Rs 300 per pilgrim)" or "Sudarshan(Rs 50 per person)" for a quicker view. I think the first is better in terms of waiting time.For further information check :

the Rs 300 ticket should allow the darshan to be complete in 2 hrs in most cases. I am not sure if that works for you.

the rs 50 darshan will take a far longer period of time.

As Prince09 suggests, Shreegradarshan would take maximum time of 3 hours. June and july being lean months ( jyesta and aashada months ), the time taken would be lesser. Last week, we took the shreegradarshan ticket at 2140 and had darshan at 2320 hrs - on a saturday.

You could contact TTD at Vyalikaval, Bangalore - 080 23345555, 9343402224 and arrange for darshan tickets ( biometric ) on a day of your choice ( atleast a month in advance )

Fastest way to have darshan would be on a package tour ( 24 hour return, food, room to have bath, darshan, laddus, Volvo or and non a/c buses.

These govt. agencies have special arrangement with TTD for daily darshan and darshan is usually at dawn.

Please do not attempt to try Rajesh and JBT package tours.

seeghra darshan is the best option. Since you are going with 1 year old queue, there will be seperate queue.you can avail that option if you want. Its always better to visit tirumala on week days (MON-FRI). usually weekends will be crowded.
