Suggestions needed Cochin To Goa Itinerary

We are planning to travel from Cochin to Goa across Karnataka by car. As of now, this is the plan we have in mind.


Day 1.
Cochin -> Masinagudi
Stay At Masinagudi

Day 2
Bandipur & Mudumalai trip – 1 day
Stay At Masinagudi

Day 3
Masinagudi->Hassan
Stay at Hassan

Day 4
Hassan->Shimoga --> Karwar
Stay at Karwar
(Is it possible to reach Goa same day and stay at Goa?)

Day 5
Karwar-> Goa
Stay at Goa

Day 6, 7
Stay at Goa

Day 8
Goa->Gokarna ->Murudeshwara ->Mangalore
Stay at Mangalore

Day 9
Mangalore->Bekalfort-> Cochin

Is this travel plan feasible? Or will it be too hectic? I will be travelling with my 2 kids.
Please give me some suggestions
