Suggest an itinerary for Karnataka Pilgrimage Trip by Car

During 2nd week of November, I am planning to visit the following places by car. My starting point will be Coimbatore. I want an itinerary as I am not familiar with the route and places.

1. Kukke Subrahmanya
2. Udupi
3. Sringeri
4. Kollur
5. Dharmasthala
6. Murudeshwara
7. Talacauvery
8. Any other temple enroute.

I don't want to travel through Kerala as I heard that the road conditions are worst. I can travel either through Mysore / Bangalore.

No. of Days is immaterial. Myself, wife, mom and aunt. Relaxed (Not too). Self-driven Car.

Tentative itenary:-

Coimbatore-Hunsur-Hassan-Horanadu(Annapoorneswari temple)**-Shringeri**(Halt)[++ Halebeedu is 23 kms from Hassan and Belur is 12 kms from Halebeedu and from belur you can travel to Horanadu]
Sringeri-Agumbe-Udupi**-Kollur** (Halt) [++ - Malpe beach (5 kms from udupi)
Kollur-Murdeshwara**(Halt)
Murdeshwara-Gokarna**(Shiva Temple)(Halt)
Gokarna-Karkala-Moodubidri(1000 Pillar Jain temple)**-Dharmasthala** (Halt)
Dharmasthala-Kukke Subrahmanya(Naga Dhosa Temple)**- Sulya-Madikeri (Halt) ( Road is closed between Sulya and Madikeri officially but cars started using this route but road is pathetic for few kms)
Madikeri-Talacauvery**-Bhagamandala**(Kerala Style Temple)-Madikeri-Golden Temple(Tibetan Temple)**-Mysore/Hunsur(Halt)
Mysore/Hunsur - Coimbatore (End of Trip)

Thank you very much for the itinerary. Some clarifications :

1. Day -1 you have mentioned halt at Sringeri. Whether it is doable from Coimbatore after visiting the places enroute?
2. I think I should shift my place of start from Coimbatore to Bangalore.
3. On the day of visiting Kollur - Murudeshwara whether I shift my place of halt to Gokarna on the same day?

My comments inline

If it's only Bannari amman and Horanadu, you can be in Shringeri for night halt. Also start around 5 - 6 am from Coimbatore

2. I think I should shift my place of start from Coimbatore to Bangalore.

Nice idea. Gives more breathing space for you.

3. On the day of visiting Kollur - Murudeshwara whether I shift my place of halt to Gokarna on the same day?

Murudeshwara in itself is a beauty which you will enjoy especially after 5pm. But yes, you can very easily travel upto Gokarna for night halt. But plan to stay at Murudeshwara and you won't regret.
