sri lanka beaches budget accom peaceful(similar Gokarna)
If someone could recommend beach locations in Sri Lanka which are off the beaten track with cheap accom i would be grateful. Im wanting something which compares to Gokarna in India. I want somewhere to just chill out for a few months..ie. not hoards of tourists, expensive restaurants,bars etc. rather more chilled travellers and locals... I will be arriving in Colombo to renew my india visa.. thanks if you can help???

http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowForum...Sri_Lanka.html There are hardly any tourists in Sri Lanka due to the war situation. But it is not really dangerous, except a little more in Colombo. I have returned from there recently. |
