south india 3 weeks: HELP
Dear all,
4 of us go to South India and we would like your help for organising our itinery. We are landing at Chennai on Dec.9th and we leave from Mumbai on Dec 28th. These are the places we are planning to visit: Chennai (hire a car and driver until Madurai) Mamalapuram Tiruvanmalai Trichy Kodai Madurai Varkala Kollam-Allepey (houseboat) Thrissur Wayanad Wildlife Sunctuary Mangalore (flight to Mumbai) Mumbai Do you think the above plan is feasible? Is there anything we should skip or anything we should add? Some of us would love to go to Hampi but I am afraid it's too far from the places we are going to be. Do you think Hampi would be possible too? WAiting for your help!!! |

Welcome to South India.
Your Plans looks good. How long you are going to saty in each place? if you plan to stay for one or two days in Mamallapuram, its better you hire a taxi as and when required. Your plan is feasible. You need not skip anything. You can visit lot of places in around the Places you have mentioned. |
