Snow fall in Khajjar

We are planning to go to Khajjar during November last week. Can we find snow at that time ?

You probably mean Khajjiar, near Dalhousie?
Snowfall in end-Nov is very unlikely.

If you must see snow and/or snowfall your best bet would be to head to Manali. It's a guarantee that a few kms along the road to Rohtang you'll find snow, and if you hang around at a suitably high point, snowfall as well!

but somebody told me that there will be no snow in nov end in manali.we want to see snow.

You are unlikely to see any snow in Khajjiar in Nov, although by end-Dec you should see snow in Kalatop beyond Dalhousie on the way to Khajjiar.

As Anup mentioned, your best chances are to see snow in Manali region on the way to Rohtang Pass, where snow starts by end-Oct.
