Rajasthan and Kerala in just under 4 weeks

Hi,

I'm planning to travel from Delhi - Agra - Jodhpur - Jaipur - Jaisalmar - Udaipur (not necessarily in that order) over about 16 days and then fly down to Kerala where - I'd like to spend a week - before then getting the train up to Mumbai, where I'd have a couple of days before flying home.

I'd really appreciate any advice on the Rajasthan leg - do you think all those places are doable in that timeframe, and if not, which bit would you miss out? Which order do you think is best to do these cities in?

Any advice from flying to Kerala from Rajasthan. I can't find any direct flights from anywhere to Trivandrum at the moment and I've heard that's the best base from which to go on the backwaters, before continuing up towards Mumbai. Any advice on best things to do in a week in Kerala also very welcome.
