pondicherry - gokarna
Hi all...
I am at a bit of a loss... trying to find a way to gokarna from Pondicherry. Unfortunately I have not yet booked any trains etc... am I foolish to attempt at this time of year? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Warren :-) |

The way I know - not probably the best option - Take a bus to Bangalore(7 hours), changeover to a bus to Gokarna(12 hours).
Someone who knows trains well here might be able to give a better idea. In the meanwhile, you can check at irctc.co.in if there are any trains connecting 1. Chennai and Gokarna and if not 2. Chennai and Hubli If there is one, that is the best option to take. If you have to go for option (2), you can take a bus from Hubli to Gokarna. irctc will tell you if tickets are available. |
