Day 4 - Seems you've been using GMaps, which has picked up the wrong Chopta (the one on the Rudraprayag-Kanakchauri road), and not for the first time.
Sari to THE Chopta is 22 km.
Day 6 distance is wrong too, it should be 207 km.

Days 6/7 - Do you really want to change hotels every night? 2 nights in Haridwar and Rishikesh, one night stay in each. Consider staying both in one place, and a day visit to the other.

Thanks for your inputs.

I am searching for a new location for Day 6. I am not interested to come down Rishikesh/Haridwar on that day. Think for Kartickswami but cancel it for the 3 juniors as they already will trek on 3rd-4th-5th days. Any new one?

Is the time is perfect for this location? Otherwise I have to shift entire trip to Dehradoon -> Moosoori -> Dhanaulti -> Pauri -> Khirsu-> Haridwar section.

Will you have exclusive cabs with you ? If yes then you may go to Khirsu directly from Chopta on Day 6. And after that follow the Pauri-Lansdowne - Kotdwar Route

Not decided. I think to leave the car in Ukimath, Use local hired cab for Day 3 and day 4. Hire another cab in Day 6 & Day 7.

I am more conscious about the night staying in Deoria Tal. Go to Sari and booked from Negi or prior booking is Most essential? Need help for booking tent in Deoria Tal.

No prior booking is required for Deoria Tal . There are many tent / accommodation providers in Sari Village. Just call them one day in advance & they can arrange everything. You may also tell the Car that drops you at Sari to pick you up from Sari next day

Wow, one problem solved.

Now the others:
As it is in tight budget, try to book staying option of Bharat Sebhashram Sangha in Haridwar and Ukhimath. If failed, What will be the cheapest option for family (7 heads)? Pre-booked in Chopta is necessary? If yes, need Help.

What will be the exclusive Car Fare per day?

Baba Kalikamli Dharamshala could be another option for Haridwar. This can be booked from their office in Kolkata.

There are fewer staying options in Chopta. So pre-booking would be advantageous . Hotel Neelkath is right on the entrance to Tungnath Trek route in Chopta. It could be a good option if you want to start the trek early in the morning

As I plan to return from Haridwar, I want to find some virgin/new location for Day 6 & 7.
(May be I can extend 1 Day).
