I have one suggestion.

Your itenary is very tightly packed.

After reaching a place, you might want to spend more time in the same place.

In 3 weeks - plan to visit only Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Bikaner, Deshnok, Ranakpur and Pushkar. I think even this will be too much to do in 3 weeks.

Or,

You can do Delhi, Agra, jaipur, Varanasi in 3 weeks. Close to Agra there is Fatehpur Sikri, don't miss that place. It is one of the best preserved mughal cities.

Think abt it. Dont over do it and feel sad in the end.

I agree that all these places are close by from one point or the other, but, in summer the climate is going to unbearable.

Most importantly - when are u coming ? Rajasthan and Delhi are area are best avoided in Summer - between April - August.

I agree with lonelyaztec. Also mention when you plan to do this trip. India's diverse weather conditions often need to be considered while choosing places to visit.
