Need Itinerary Assistance!!!!

I will be in India Sept. 20 - Oct. 9 and would like to visit the following, but need help to begin planning it.

Delhi/Jaipur/Agra/Varanasi/Goa/Delhi

I know I will have to fly to Goa and back from Delhi, just wondering if this can all be accomplished in my time frame. Any assistance anyone can provide will be most appreciated. Thanks.

Hi there! It would be helpful if you gave a little more information. For example, are you OK traveling by train or bus? How long would you like to stay in each city? Where are you going to be staying in each city... etc.

Off the top of my head, I would say it's doable. It might be a little hectic, but it's doable.

Itinerary Assistance!!!

Sorry for not providing more information (my first post). I would prefer traveling by train when possible (with the exception of traveling to Goa and returning to Delhi from Goa). I will be traveling alone. I am not sure how long to stay in each city, so I am open to any suggestions. I am also open to any suggestions on which part of each city to stay in. In Goa I would like to visit Panagi for about 3 days before returning to Delhi.

Definitely doable and much, much more too!!! Just see that you don't get burnt out in the bargain. I would advise you to go to other places as well like Sarnath from Varanasi on a day trip to see the Dhamekh Stupa, archeological museum, the Ashoka Pillar and other Buddhist temples there. Also visit Agra (not just for the Taj Mahal but also see the Agra Fort, Itmad ud Daulah, Sikandrabad and Fatehpur Sikri). If you go towards Jaipur spend some time in some of the other beautiful cities nearby like Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Udaipur, Ranthambore (for the tigers) if possible. I would suggest going down to Goa by air too but I don't know which would be the best way to do it since you are criss crossing the country without any proper direction to make the trip easy to begin with. What about Ajanta and Ellora or Khajuraho or Bhopal / Sanchi?!!! Have you thought about these places on your trip? They are sure worth much more than just Jaipur or Varanasi.

I am used to going to many places within a short time but do assimilate as much unlike most people who like to laze around or take it easy. But I do enjoy myself doing the things I love to do so there is nothing that I miss out on or deprive myself from doing either. I know it sounds a bit different from what most members might say out here but then I am probably used to this kind of travel as I am not interested in travelling just to relax myself, but to be able to see as many places as possible within a short period of time (as far as possible but not always so!!!).

Have a great time out here in India and have a safe journey wherever you go!!!

Cheers,
Aadil.
